All online shipping is subject to stock availability. We at V Brand Gallery are constantly trying to keep all your favorites available all the time. Still, when external circumstances challenge us, the product might be labeled ‘out of stock.’Kindly come back to check if it’s restocked at any time! Our team, if contacted, can let you know if the product is available at any of our stores. You can also be notified when the item is available on our website by clicking the “Notify Me’ button.
When do we ship and deliver?
When we receive an order, we ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our Shop, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less, depending on your shipping location. Shipping will be done the next working day if the order is placed on weekends or public holidays. For your information, our team works from Monday to Saturday every week except for public holidays. We work hard and efficiently to ensure your purchase reaches you at the right time.
Where do we ship and deliver?
We deliver and ship to all areas in the UAE.
Do we charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery on orders of 200 AED and above.
What are COD charges?
Cash On Delivery charges are not shipping charges. They are made when you choose to pay by COD.
How can the payment be done?
As of now, Cash on delivery is available. We will be adding more online payment options soon.
How does the return feature work?
We are happy to take back any of our products you ordered in case they are damaged, defective, or incorrect, with a refund for any purchases within one week (up to 7 days) after receiving the order.
Return delivery charges will be deducted for purchases already out for delivery. For cash-on-delivery and online payments, the refund will be processed via e-wallet within a working day.
For COD customers, the courier charges will be deducted if the order is canceled upfront without any reason and if shipped and returned.
If the payment was made through bank credit or Visa cards, you will get a refund within 7 to 10 days.
For online prepaid, a credit charge of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if the order is canceled upfront without any reason. If the order is shipped and returned, courier charges will be deducted.
Products bought on or during high-margin sales cannot be returned or refunded.
How can you cancel a purchase made?
You can find your orders under your account on our website or application, and you will have an option to cancel the order. Alternatively, you can click on the link for cancellation sent to your mobile when placing the order. In case of any difficulty, we will be available to help you anytime.
How can you track your order?
You can easily find a link in your e-mail or the SMS you received during order placement. Visiting the link can give you an idea of the status of your order. Once the purchase is shipped, you’ll receive your first notification, and the second will ping you when it is out for delivery.
Want to change your delivery address?
We are pleased to accept any delivery address changes if it is notified to our team before the purchase is dispatched.

Though we have always succeeded in delivering on time, we would love to receive your feedback on any delays so we can do our part in the investigation regarding the issue.
